About Me
Meet Bridget Schwartz!
I was born and grew up in a small river and farming town in southwest Georgia, but have called DC home for nearly 14 years. After focusing much of my time growing as a professional and volunteering for leadership positions in the past decade, I am honored to be considered for a position that will allow me to give back to the community I love and live in and to meet and hear from my neighbors.
My Platform
I believe that Northwest DC has an idyllic footprint in the city, with ample public spaces like parks and universities, great schools, established and in many cases locally-owned retail centers. My platform is to preserve that experience, but to make it more accessible to others through thoughtful residential densification and infrastructure improvements.
Representing Our Community
My charge will be to support the whole of the community and to ensure that it is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming place to call home. Tell me what changes are important to you and your family, and what you love most about our beautiful part of the nation's capital.
